I'll be back...(said in Schwarzenegger voice, ominously)

For those of you who haven't lost complete interest in my blog while my head's been in the toilet, I want to assure you that my blogging days are looking to return soon. I'm somewhat, kinda-sorta, almost feeling a slightly, teensy bit better, which means that within a few days you can expect a post. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive, my spirits are improving, and my drugs are quite lovely and somewhat effective. And, I'll be 12 weeks along this weekend, which means the first trimester is almost officially over. I'm not expecting miracles, but I do know the time of returning to "normal" has got to be getting closer...

Thanks for being patient!

Yes, I have missed your posts. But I really enjoyed talking to you on the phone the other day! I thank you for being my friend and keeping in touch- even when you aren't feeling your best!

Guess you don't want to know how long it took for me to feel better this time lol. 11 weeks would have been nice to feel human again. This week has been great though, i can eat without gagging and boy am I eating! I feel so hungry all the time it is hard to remember to only increase my calories by 300/day. I have even been waking up consistantly between 2-3AM starving-lol. Well, you will be here soon. Glad to be able to share it.

Lora, say it with me: Phenergan, Phenergan, Phenergan! After 18 weeks of sickness with #1, and 16 weeks with #2, I decided to stop trying to be a hero and asked for the drugs early this time. Next time I may request them the minute I take a pregnancy test. They don't take away all the grossness by any means, but they allow me to stop constantly asking my husband to put me out of my misery! ;o)

Pregnancy is a lovely time, isn't it Steph? I still don't think my enjoyment for eating has returned since the morning sickness days. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
