Valentines lessons learned:

* there IS such thing as too much Alaskan King Crab

* there is NO such thing as too many chocolate-covered strawberries

* a nice, quiet, candle-lit dinner at home with your hubby is worth waiting until 10 p.m. for

* if, during said dinner, only one of your babies is crying, you're doing great (a closed door can solve the problem)

* if you have a string of babies and go too long without an uninterrupted adult conversation with your husband, it can take you awhile to remember how to think of things to talk about

* a good hubby believes you when you say you don't want overpriced red roses on Valentine's Day...and brings you Stargazer Lilies instead

* a good hubby also thinks to bring fun little Valentines for the kiddos

* chocolate frogs exist, complete with gummy bugs inside

* apparently chocolate frogs, complete with gummy bugs, make 4-year-old girls very happy

Love the picture of the kids. Glad you had a good Valentines day. Chocolate frogs with gummy worms would make any boy delighted.

Oh my! They're so grown up and beautiful! Hope all is well coping with 3 munchkins now. Sounds like you had a great Valentines respite though -- much needed I'm sure.

I disagree about there being such thing as too much Alaskan King Crab! (Call me over next time!)
Glad you had a good day, though.

I used to agree with you, Chelsea, but the last two times I ate crab (or OVERATE crab), I've wished I'd stopped myself a bit sooner...the tummy ache as a result of gluttony is just not worth it.
