Treated like royalty

If you don't know Kim C. in real life, you're missing out. Not only is she an amazing wife and homeschooling mom of 8, but she's near famous in the blogosphere. I'm blessed to call her my friend for many reasons, not the least of which being she's willing to share her dear daughters with me, an overwhelmed and often frazzled mommy.

A few weeks ago we got Deanna, who allowed me to turn this ship-headed-for-disaster around. Ever since her visit, we can see our floors again, and the Sock Saga has been resolved. Today we got Kaitlyn, who actually does windows! Not only that, but if you can inspire me to climb up on a barstool and dust my ceiling fans, you deserve a medal. But I wasn't the only one treated like a Queen. As you can see, Emma was tortured and despises every minute that the C. girls are over...

In other news, Emma insists that I need to cut Elizabeth's hair because "it's wild".

I don't know if I'd call it wild...

Maybe she's just perfecting her faux-hawk so she can audition for next season's American Idol. I'm afraid I see the resemblance...

Elizabeth has a reverse combover! (You know, the bald guys who grow out the hair above the ears and practically shellack it to their scalps to resemble a hairstyle.) Elizabeth has NO hair above her ears but quite a lovely sprout shooting out the top of her head! Love the Sanjaya comparison.

Sure, rub it in our face that Elizabeth has all that hair!! I still have never gotten to use a comb on Hayley!
